Female Kohaku – 80cm.  “Tamara” was bred here at the Nisei Koi Farm in 2005 from Magoi parents.

This is a historical breeding, as she is not only the first ever home produced female parent koi our farm has used, but she will be the start of our own line of Magoi Kohaku.

Tamara has been chosen for her body shape, skin and Beni Quality.

Male Nisei Kohaku – 55cm. “Chuck” was bred here at the Nisei koi farm in 2005 from our female Kohaku “Yuri”.   Chuck is the best male kohaku we have produced. His pattern is still developing and showing signs of splits to become a four step pattern.

Male Hiroshima Kohaku – 45cm.  “Kevin” was purchased just this March at the 2010 Orlando Koi Show from Genki Nishikigoi. This Sakai Hiroshima kohaku was grown by Hosokai Koi Farm in Japan and purchased by Kevin of Genki Nishikigoi.

This level of a male Kohaku to be purchased directly from the original breed would be very difficult to acquire.
